12 Christmas Love Quotes to Celebrate the Holiday Season
12 Christmas Love Quotes to Celebrate the Holiday Season
I’m betting that right about now, everyone can use some Christmas love quotes. Why? Because if you get caught up in the commercialization of Christmas you might forget what the season is truly about. Here are 12 Christmas love quotes to help us remember that December isn’t just about presents and tasty treats — it’s about the heart.
1. “I will honor Christmas in my heart, and try to keep it all year.” ~ Charles Dickens
2. “Christmas is most truly Christmas when we celebrate it by giving the light of love to those who need it most.” ~ Ruth Carter Stapleton
3. “Christmas is not a time nor a season, but a state of mind. To cherish peace and goodwill, to be plenteous in mercy, is to have the real spirit of Christmas.” ~ Calvin Coolidge
4. “This is Christmas: not the tinsel, not the giving and receiving, not even the carols, but the humble heart that receives anew the wondrous gift, the Christ.” ~ Frank McKibben
5. “Our hearts grow tender with childhood memories and love of kindred, and we are better throughout the year for having, in spirit, become a child again at Christmas-time.” ~ Laura Ingalls Wilder
6. “When we were children we were grateful to those who filled our stockings at Christmas time. Why are we not grateful to God for filling our stockings with legs?” ~ G.K. Chesterton
7. “Remember, if Christmas isn’t found in your heart, you won’t find it under a tree.” ~ Charlotte Carpenter
8. “It is the personal thoughtfulness, the warm human awareness, the reaching out of the self to one’s fellow man that makes giving worthy of the Christmas spirit.” ~ Isabel Currier
9. “My idea of Christmas, whether old-fashioned or modern, is very simple: loving others. Come to think of it, why do we have to wait for Christmas to do that?” ~ Bob Hope
10. “The joy of brightening other lives, bearing each others’ burdens, easing other’s loads and supplanting empty hearts and lives with generous gifts becomes for us the magic of Christmas.” ~ W. C. Jones
11. “I am not alone at all, I thought. I was never alone at all. And that, of course, is the message of Christmas. We are never alone. Not when the night is darkest, the wind coldest, the world seemingly most indifferent. For this is still the time God chooses.” ~ Taylor Caldwell
12. “Let us keep Christmas beautiful Without a thought of greed, That it might live forevermore To fill our every need, That it shall not be just a day, But last a lifetime through, The miracle of Christmastime That brings God close to you.” ~ Anne Schulz
Let these words remind us of what the Christmas season is truly about. It’s not gifts and parties and pretty lights. These Christmas love quotes remind us that the Christmas season is, at its core, about love.

I rather watch Tiger have a train wreck than seeing another grinder pull a one off win out of his hat. Can you really expect a Graeme McDowell or Louis Oosthuizen to win another major? And as bad as Tiger is playing, Phil Mickelson should have replaced him as the new Number 1 but Phil has somehow managed to play worse than Tiger.

After watching Blagojevich give the expected post-trial ‘I did nothing wrong speech’, angrily blaming the prosecution for picking on him, not one iota of regret or remorse (how dare they convict him of lying), acting as if this were an acquittal…Yes, try him again.

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.

Hi mate, I saw you run a couple of ads on your site to cover your hosting costs.
I’m actually making some extra money from my website using a wordpressad plugin which is excellent.
I would send you the link but don’t wanna get flagged as spam here, so just do a quich search on Google for ‘oiopublisher’ and select the first result.
They have a demo site so you can give it a free test run, but believe me: You’ll love it and it’ll make you some nice cash selling advertising directly from your wordpress blog!
If you decide to buy, enter discount code ‘SOLAR-X’ to get it 10 bugs cheaper – my little gift to you for hosting this great blog!
Keep up the good work, Aldo Fukuda

I’m excited to be finally posting online after all these years. There really is no mystique (sp) about it, is there? I just dropped by your blog and had to write something. I’m a recent college grad, journalism major if you must know, and I absolutely love the art of photography. I’ve got my website up but it’s nothing to brag about yet. None of my stuff’s been posted. Soon as I figure out how to do that, I’ll spend the day posting my best shots. anyhow just thought I’d drop a line. I hope to return with more substantial stuff, stuff you can actually use. SPG

Recently after upgrading to GEN D3, I have been faced with an annoying (but not critical) bug were the X and O buttons swap. On the XMB it is normal where X is to confirm and O is to cancel, but as soon as the game launches, they swap and I don’t know why.

Even if there is no deterrence, just keeping them away from others for a while will certainly cut down on the problems.I tend to place a lot of blame on socioeconomic circumstances (and culture) too, but until we have a better science of psychology, some sort of punishment (or the threat of it) is still neccessary.

A fish aquarium is designed to offer domesticated marine life with a contained environment that mimics that of their natural habitat. Having first become popular in the 1950s, fish keeping is now widely enjoyed by many as a fun hobby and as a beautiful addition to the home. When maintained properly, fish aquariums can add a decorative touch to any room.
